Croatan Campsite is located down near the Little East Fork of the Pigeon River where you can fall asleep each night to the gentle water rolling by. Not far away is the Little East Fork Trail leading off to the Shining Rock Wilderness. The site is equipped with 21 tents, each with a wooden floorboard and 2 cots with mattresses. The site also has one small Adirondack Shelter which will sleep two.
