Camp Daniel Boone Facility Rental Guidelines

*PLEASE NOTE: ALL CAMP FEES APPLICABLE, MUST BE RECEIVED
AT THE COUNCIL OFFICE BY ONE WEEK BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL AT CAMP

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE PLEASE CALL FOR MOST UP-TO-DATE PRICING

Vance Graham and Pisgah Lodge  
  Scout Groups $10/person/night $100 Minimum
  Daniel Boone Council Scouts $100/weekend
  OA Use $100/weekend
  *Non-Scout Groups $250/night
  Refundable Cleaning Deposit $200 (returned after inspection of facility’s by ranger)
     
Ledbetter Lodge (Dining Hall that seats up to 400)
  Scout Groups $150/event
  *Non-Scout Groups $750/event
  Refundable Cleaning Deposit $300 (returned after inspection of facility’s by ranger)
     
Chip’s Chapel  
  *Non-Scout Groups $100/event
     
Camping  
  Daniel Boone Council Scout Units NO CHARGE
  Out of Council Scout Units $5/person/weekend
  *Non-Scout Groups $5/person/night
     
Pavilion  
  Scout Groups NO CHARGE
  *Non-Scout Groups $200/event

                Reservations include Ledbetter Lodge for reception, Chapel for wedding service, Mom’s Health Lodge on the day of the wedding for use as changing areas for bride and bridesmaids and Vance Lodge on the day of the wedding for use as changing areas for groom and groomsmen.

 

*Non-Scout Groups renting camp are required to obtain a Liability Insurance Policy as part of the rental contract.
