Registration for 2019 begins today 6/11/18. We have online registration for 2019 summer camp. To start you would go to campdanielboone.org and go up to the right hand corner of the home page, click on “create an account”. A page will open where you put your troop number, council name and the contact information of the person who will be in charge of doing all the paperwork and payments for your troop for camp. When you have entered all the contact information including address, you will go to the right hand side of the page and add a username and password so you can get into your file any time you need or want. Once you have provided your contact information and created a username and password, and click save, the next page will ask you what week you want to come.
Choose your week from the drop down box and click save. Then a page will come up asking how many base camp youth and adults you want to book and now many high adventure youth and adults you want to book. When you put your numbers in there and click save the computer will put the amount of deposit in your cart. It is $220 for base camp deposit no matter how many people you book. High adventure has a separate deposit per person depending on which trek you plan to book from $40 - $50. You can book high adventures at this time, but you need to have a name, birthdate, and specific high adventure trek to book in order to do that. You cannot put names in for base camp yet, only numbers, until April when you will book their merit badge classes.
I have attached directions on how to book high adventure treks here for your convenience.
Please note that until your reservation is locked in by a deposit, you are not confirmed. You can pay by credit card or by echeck on line. If you pay by credit card the credit card companies charge you and addition 3% of what you are charging for using their card. Echecks are free.

**Attention Regarding Merit Badge Registration: Your merit badge selections do not confirm until you hit SUBMIT. Saving the selection after each Scout does NOT secure the spot. Check Out and Submit your requests after every 2 or 3 Scouts to ensure your Scouts get their selections.
Note regarding Credit Card Payments! If you pay by CC there is a 3% convenience fee. If you mail your payment in, or do an echeck on line, you will avoid this fee.
