Unit Deposit
$220 / Unit

Base Camp Rates
Youth Participant $490
NOTE: Some classes have additional fees.
Full Week Leader $275
NOTE: We no longer allow adults to share a weekly fee
Partial Week Leaders
1 -3 Days $70 per Day
4+ Days $275
NOTE: All Unit registrations require a minimum of two over 21 registered Adult Leaders. One of whom must be an over 21 Female Leader if any number of youth female scouts are attending.
Free Adult Leader Ratios
5 – 19 Youth, 2 Free Leaders
20 – 39 Youth, 3 Free Leaders
40 – 59 Youth, 4 Free Leaders
60 – 79 Youth, 5 Free Leaders
80 – 99 Youth, 6 Free Leaders
NOTE: Free Adult leader slots DO NOT apply to high adventure participants.
High Adventure Rates
High Adventure Youth Participants MUST be 13 or older by June 1st, 2027
All High Adventure Spots have a $50.00 Minimum Deposit.
Backpacking Trek - $515
Boonesboro Village - $525
ROPES Trek - $590
Rapids Adventure - $695*
5 Day Adventure - $750*
*Pricing not final until December 2026 pending outfitter pricing
Payment Schedule
Unit Deposit - At Regitstration
Non-Refundable $220 Deposit due upon registration.
High Adventure Spots require a $50 minimum payment at time of reservation.
First Payment - January 15th 2027
Second Payment - March 15th 2027
Final Payment - May 15th 2027
